Brighton Montessori School is a nonsectarian and nondiscriminatory school which is open to children regardless of religion, race, sex and ethnic origin. The preprimary Montessori School is designed to educate and care for children ages of two and a half ( 2.5 ) through six. Interested parents are invited to attend an informational OPEN HOUSE. Individual tours of the school may also be scheduled by appointment. Just prior to the beginning of the school year, a personal interview for new children and their parents is scheduled by the teacher. This session provides an opportunity for the incoming student to become better acquainted with the teacher, classroom and basic Montessori philosophy. It also allows parents to provide pertinent information regarding their child and obtain answers to any further questions they might have regarding the school. This important interview aids in the child's smooth transition into the Montessori school setting. |
